Welcome to the home page for the Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Health.

The Council strives to promote a healthy Missouri where people are exercising regularly, eating nutritiously and making other healthy lifestyle choices. In order to uphold these ideals, the Council oversees such things as Shape Up Missouri/Moving Across America State by State, Show-Me Body Walk, and Show-Me State Games.
